Land Ownership
This layer was derived from the Public Land layer in the Cadastral Aggregated Public Lands Data from the Montana Base Map Service Center for the Lake County portion of the Swan River watershed. The Missoula County portion was provided by Nate Rogers 10/26/2011, at Rural Initiatives at Missoula County. Nate mentioned in his email of transmittal that any parcel under 40 acres was not identified specifically in terms of ownership with corresponding color codes we use here at the county. He also attached a shapefile of the legacy project lands in the area.
